\n\n

What YOU NEED to SUCCEED in this challenging role:

Systems Mindset & Discipline: A disciplined \"systems thinker\" who can hold the line against bespoke deck requests and build reusable assets instead.
Industry Experience (Plus): Background in agriculture, ag-retail, or AgTech domain dynamics is a strong plus.

\n\n

What is in it for YOU?

\n\n

Competitive base salary plus performance incentives.
Company Equity: Stock options providing true ownership in the company's long-term growth.
Top-Tier Benefits: Industry-leading health coverage for you and your family.
Remote Flexibility: Distributed-first team model allowing you to work remotely from anywhere in the U.S.
High Impact & Ownership: Direct ownership of core revenue metrics (win rates and cycle times) during a foundational build year.
